Digital Study and Career Counselor

We are looking for a digital study and career counselor for one of our clients, a specialized primary and secondary school. In this role, you will primarily work with guidance and support for graduating students as they prepare for the next steps in their studies or careers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with students with various disabilities
• Is confident in your counseling role and accustomed to working independently
• Has good collaboration skills and easily builds trusting relationships
• Enjoys working digitally and remotely

The assignment comprises a total of 16 hours during the spring term and is suitable for those who appreciate shorter, varied tasks with flexibility. There is an opportunity to combine it with other ongoing assignments.

Your background

We are looking for someone who is a qualified study and career counselor. We prefer that you have a coaching approach and can explore various exciting future opportunities with the students. It is important for the role that you stay updated and work proactively with changes in upper secondary education and training, as well as remain socially aware.

Your tasks may include individual counseling sessions, classroom information, collaboration with guardians, and other school staff.

You have good knowledge of the job market and educational options, as well as contacts with various external actors in the business sector and community functions.
